MEET ANDREW
Andrew Hayse has devoted his legal career to serving the people of Delta County. After graduating from Wayne State University Law School, Andrew began his public service as an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Delta County Prosecutor’s Office.
He now serves as Domestic Relations Referee in the 47th Circuit Court, where he presides over divorce and child custody cases. Andrew also serves as a magistrate for the 94th District Court, regularly setting bond and signing search warrants — giving him firsthand experience with the work of the court.
His experience in both criminal and civil legal matters — from prosecution to judicial administration — gives him the balanced perspective necessary to be an effective 94th District Court Judge.
